CPR & Defibrillator Training at St. George’s

We recently hosted a free CPR and defibrillator awareness session at St. George’s Shopping Centre, giving visitors the opportunity to learn simple, life-saving skills in just minutes.

Throughout the day, members of the community took part in hands-on training led by instructors, learning how to perform CPR and how to use a defibrillator in an emergency situation.

No booking was required, and the session was completely free, helping make these vital skills as accessible as possible.

The event formed part of our ongoing commitment to community safety and awareness, helping to highlight how early action can make a significant difference in the event of a cardiac arrest.

Every year in London, thousands of people experience a cardiac arrest outside of hospital, and immediate bystander action can dramatically increase the chances of survival. With simple CPR and defibrillator use proven to more than double survival rates, public awareness and confidence in these skills is crucial.

We are proud to have supported this initiative and to have helped equip members of our community with knowledge that could one day save a life.
