Amazon Lockers
These lockers provide you with a self-service delivery location to pick up your parcels. The lockers are located on the 2nd floor near to the entrance to the lifts.
Toilets
Male and female customer toilets are located on the second floor of the Centre, accessed via the lifts, or the escalator and stairs.
Disabled Toilets
There is a unisex toilet operated by a RADAR key close to the public toilets on the second floor. There is an intercom outside which will connect to the Security department for any disabled person to use if they do not have a RADAR key themselves.
Baby Changing
A baby changing room with nappy disposal is located next to the ladies toilets on the second floor, close to the public lifts.
Lifts
The centre’s lifts offer wide access for both pushchairs and wheelchairs. There are four public lifts situated together, and on the ground floor, these are located between Boots and Nando’s.
Lost & Found
If anything is found in a public area within the Centre it will be taken directly to the Security office on the second floor. If you have lost or found something please go to their office, or speak to any member of the Security staff, or telephone them on 020 8424 2828. Anything lost in one of the retail units will be held by them until it is claimed.
Free ATM
There is a free ATM inside Wilko on the ground and first floors.
First aid
Members of our Security team are first aid trained, should the need arise for their attention.
Kiddy rides
The kiddy rides for the children are located on the ground floor by the escalators.
Photo Booths
We have photo booths located on the ground and first floors, two of which are for biometric ID photos – for passports, driving licences and 20 fun photo options and one non-biometric.

Registered Charity number: 1044173
Shopmobility is a service that provides assistance to anyone with limited mobility in Harrow and the surrounding area, they are open Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 16:00 and the first Saturday in the month. Anyone wishing to register can call or email.
