Self-Care Tips Competition

To mark Mental Health Awareness Week, St George’s Harrow is celebrating the power of community and the importance of everyday self care.

We’re inviting you to take part in our Heart of Harrow Self Care Tips Competition by sharing your favourite self care tips. Whether it is going for a walk, switching off in the evening, or taking a moment to breathe, your tip could inspire someone else.

Your tips will be featured in our brand new online community space, a place where people can come together, share ideas, and find inspiration to support their mental health. 

As a thank you for taking part, everyone who takes part will be entered into a prize draw to win a fantastic wellness prize worth £50.
