St. George’s Shopping Centre Facebook Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Entries to the prize draw are via the St. George’s Shopping Centre Facebook page or Instagram page. 
2. Competition entries from 4th of June 2025 until midnight on 26th June 2025
3. To enter, you must locate the dedicated St. George’s Smiles competition post on the St. George’s Shopping Centre Facebook page or Instagram. Follow the St. George’s Shopping Centre’s Facebook or Instagram page and the dedicated competition post, and comment an emoji
4. The prize is 1 x 1-month Monday-Sunday car park permit. Separate T&Cs apply to permit usage, which will be issued with the permit. 1-month permit covers 30 days of parking across Monday to Sunday. 
5. The prize is a NEW permit. The prize CANNOT be transferred to an existing permit or replace an existing permit, and no refunds will be given for any existing permits held by the winner.
6. The winner will be selected at random by a computer process that provides verifiably random selections.  1 winner will be selected.
7. The winner will be contacted within 24 hours of the winner being selected.
8. Once notified they have won, the winner needs to make contact within 48 hours. Failure to do so will result in the prize being forfeited and a new winner selected.
9. The winner must select and confirm a date to collect their prize within 1-week of accepting. Failing to do so will result in the prize being forfeited and a new winner selected.
10. If the winner fails to collect the prize after 3 attempts, then the prize will be forfeited and a new winner selected.
11. The winner must be willing to provide the following information in order to set up the permit: including, but not limited to name, email, address, and license plate number.
12. Prizes cannot be exchanged or transferred.  No cash alternatives are available.
13. The winner MUST collect the prize from St George’s Shopping Centre.
14.  The competition is operated by Toolbox Group on behalf of St George’s Shopping Centre, whose registered address is Toolbox Group, Vine Farm, Up Street, Bardwell, Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, IP31 1AA.
15.  Employees of St George’s Shopping Centre and their immediate family are not permitted to enter this competition.
16.  By entering the promotion, you accept these terms and conditions and agree to participate in any publicity associated with this promotion. If the entrants fail to agree to these terms and conditions they will be automatically excluded from the promotion. You also give permission for your photographs and the rights to be used by St George’s Shopping Centre on their website and social media pages.
17.  Details of the competition are correct at the time of publication, and the promoter will only supplement or amend conditions of entry in exceptional circumstances. In such circumstances, promoters will tell participants how to obtain the supplemental or amended rules.
18.  Prizes awarded will be as described in the marketing communications or reasonable equivalents. Please note: sizing and colour preference is dependent on store stock availability at the time.
19.  The promoter and partners have arranged this competition in good faith and cannot accept liability in any matter relating to the prizes whatsoever.
20.  The entrant’s personal information will only be used by our staff internally, for the purposes of the promotion and will not be passed on to any third parties other than where legally or contractually obliged.
21.  The Promoters must make available on request the name and county of major prizewinners. By entering into the competition, you are consenting to this information being publicised.  Prizewinners will not be compromised by the publication of excessive personal information.
22.  The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the competition at any stage. These terms and conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. If any circumstances out of The Promoter’s control mean that the competition prize advertised is not available, The Promoter reserves the right to (without prior notice): (a) cancel the promotion; and or (b) substitute the competition prize for another amount of less value.
