Terms and Conditions

  1. In order to submit your points to your chosen community group in St. George’s Shopping Centre’s community rewards campaign you must have done the following;
  1. Visited the centre between the 17th July and 2nd September and spent money whilst in the centre.
  2. Have downloaded St. George’s Shopping Centre app from the app or Google Play stores.
  3. Uploaded your receipt using the scanner on the app.
  1. Once shoppers have spent in centre and downloaded the app the shopper is then ready to donate their points.
  2. Logging onto the app the shopper must click the dedicated Community Rewards button located on the app homepage.
  3. The shopper then must pick one of the four community groups in which to donate their virtual points to.
  4. Once the shopper has decided they must click on the community group and click upload receipt.
  5. The camera will then pop up and the shopper must take a picture of their receipt which must include shop and spend and then click submit.
  6. Once submitted the shopper can then go back to the homepage or click on the graph to find out which community group is in the lead.
  7. The receipt will only be valid for one scan and this will be monitored.
  8. The winning charity will be announced on the 4th of September.
  9. The winning charity will be the one who has had the most points donated by the community.
  10. The winner will receive £1,000 towards their charity.

  12. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged. No cash alternative is available.
  13. By entering the promotion you accept these terms and conditions, and agree to participate in any publicity associated with this promotion.  If the entrants fail to agree to these terms and conditions they will be automatically excluded from the promotion.

  15. The promoter and partners have arranged this prize draw in good faith and cannot accept liability in any matter relating to the prizes whatsoever.
  16. The entrant’s personal information will only be used by our staff internally, for the purposes of the promotion and will not be passed on to any third parties other than where legally or contractually obliged.
  17. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the promotion at any stage. These terms and conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
  18. St. George’s Shopping Centre, and its’ partners may wish to use the information you record in your competition to contact you regarding news and events and other competitions being held at St. George’s Shopping Centre.
